☐ Complete Your Contracting Requests In SuranceBay (Please click HERE for instructions on how to appoint with each carrier)
☐ SuranceBay Statuses:
Producer: Go back through and confirm your contract request
BGA: Good Job, you have done it correctly and your contract has been sent to our home office
Carrier: FFL home office has sent your contract to the carrier
Discarded: Locate the reason, and email: contracting@fflinw.com for help
- Check your contracting request in SuranceBay on a daily basis for any notes on your requests
☐ Follow up with each carrier in 5 business days after your Contract Request changed to "Carrier" Status
How To Get Contracted With Carriers Through HCMS
☐ Request Aetna, American Amicable, Transamerica, Foresters, & Great Western in your HCMS Account
Once you have been registered for HCMS and are approved with at least three carriers, you will receive an automatic email prompting you to register for and log in to the new ILC (CRM system). If for some reason you do not receive this email, follow the prompts below to log in. The login credentials will be the same as HCMS.
